TavernCraft Terms & Conditions

By accessing and using the taverncraft.tk domain (websites and game servers), or any other services provided by TavernCraft, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using our services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to that particular service. Any participation in our services will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use our services.

Definitions

"TavernCraft" - The term "TavernCraft" refers to TavernCraft as a whole, which is represented by the TavernCraft Staff Team. The terms "staff", “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to TavernCraft and the TavernCraft Staff Team. The terms "donor", "member", “user,”, "player", "taverncrafter", “you,” and “your” refer to site visitors, and any other users of our services.

"Service" and "Services" - The terms "Service" and "Services" refer to any service that TavernCraft provides, including but not limited to our minecraft servers, websites and discord.

"Rules" - The term "Rules" and "Server Rules" refers to our rules found in our discord.

"Season" - The term "Season" refers to every fresh start or full reset of a gamemode.

"Global" - The term "Global" is used to identify items that are available across all gamemodes that support it.

Application of Server Rules

All TavernCraft rules apply to all members and by using our services, members agree to be bound by these rules. A breach of the rules or these terms will result in restriction of access to our services either temporarily or permanently at our own discretion.

Purchased Items

By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and understand the following:
- You are not entitled to any tangible goods.
- The purchased items will be credited to your account upon full completion of your payment which may take up to a few days depending on your payment method.
- While the server will strive to preserve all store perks, in the unfortunate circumstances that some perks are removed, you will not be entitled to a refund (although alternative arrangements for compensation may be taken by the server).
- Apart from items labelled "Global", all other items will only persist for the current season of the gamemode.

Refundability and Cancellation

Payments made to TavernCraft are non-refundable unless otherwise allowed in these terms. TavernCraft will always strive to provide a satisfactory outcome as is judged best by the Administrative Team for all players and TavernCraft as a whole. We attempt to be as transparent as possible in our processes and in what you should expect. Even if you are still not satisfied with an outcome, a refund should not be expected, nor will it be given, but do contact us regarding the matter.
